For the vacuum oil filling of the transformer, the oil temperature shall not be lower than 10 degrees above zero, and the time of oil filling demand shall not be less than 6 hours. After the oil filling is completed, it is required to adhere to 2 hours, then sweep the vacuum inside, add oil slowly, reach the surface line position, and let it stand for two hours.

The transformer of the new equipment needs to check the core of the lifting core and lifting cover to avoid the appearance of dirt and stolen goods that may appear in the internal components of the core, the interior of the oil tank and the interior of the pipeline. Once the demand is found, it shall be cleaned in time. It is not necessary to check the lifting center.

When it is found during the core inspection of the transformer that the temperature is lower than 10 degrees above zero, it needs to be heated for 12 hours to ensure that the core temperature measured at the upper iron yoke will not be lower than 20 degrees above zero.

When the air temperature around the transformer is lower than or equal to the core temperature, we need to uncover it. When the air temperature around the transformer is higher than the core temperature, we need to transfer the heat of the transformer to the core so that the air temperature around the core can not be higher than about 10 degrees above zero. Check the core of the transformer. We try our best to operate indoors, and try to keep it dry and clean to avoid rain, snow and dust. The allowable value of transformer vacuum pumping is: the capacity of 35kV transformer is 4000 ~ 31500kVA and does not exceed 0.051mpa; The capacity of 110kV transformer shall not exceed 0.051mpa at 16000kva and below, and the capacity of 110kV transformer shall not exceed 0.051mpa at 20000kva and above; 220kV ~ 330kV transformer shall not span 0.101MPa.

For rubber rings with heating orientation, replace them every time they are disassembled and cleaned, such as each interface of oil booster pump. When installing the pump, the pump parts need to be handled with care; Tighten the screws evenly and tighten them diagonally. Dynamic seal is multi-purpose shaft seal. When installing the shaft seal, be careful. First check whether the shaft seal has defects, whether the sealing surface is flat and how elastic the shaft seal spring is.
