Kerosene gas phase drying equipment is composed of square vacuum drying tank and heat recovery device. During the condensation process of coal oil vapor, it is necessary to convert kerosene vapor into kerosene liquid, Then reduce the temperature of kerosene liquid to the appropriate temperature. However, in the existing equipment, a large number of hot kerosene vapor in the vacuum drying tank directly converts the kerosene vapor into kerosene liquid through the main condenser. The cooling mode of the main condenser is to flow chilled water in the heat exchange pipe. The kerosene vapor is contacted with the heat exchange pipe for exchange, and this part of heat will be lost.

The two ends of the cylinder are respectively provided with a steam inlet and a steam outlet for kerosene steam to pass through. The coil is used for kerosene in the buffer tank to pass through the cylinder for heat exchange. The opening of the steam inlet is upward, and the steam inlet is located on the upper part of the cylinder. The steam outlet is the port at one end of the cylinder, and the end of the cylinder close to the steam inlet is provided with a blind plate. Three fixed plates extending along the axial direction of the cylinder are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the cylinder, and the coil is located between the fixed plate and the inner wall of the cylinder and fixed to the fixed plate. The main condenser is a water-cooled condenser.
