Application of vacuum pressure impregnation plant: mainly used for the vacuum pressure impregnation process of various high-voltage motors.

Features:

1. The anti-corrosion treatment for the impregnating tank and the storage tank removes the impurities from inside, and the fine filter device removes the impurities from outside.

2. The solvent paint and solvent-free paint are both available for the system. For the vacuum pumps are equipped with a filter and adsorption device, the performance of the vacuum pump will meet the process requirements even when solvent  paint is using.

3. The paint in the storage tank can be heated before working or stored at low temperature according to the different working conditions.

4. The storage tank can be disassembled to clean, so that there are no safety risks for the maintenance and cleaning work after using.

5. The automatic control with the man-machine interface is a great guarantee for the implementation details of the vacuum pressure impregnation process, and the whole process can be completed with one click.
