Application of vacuum oil-filling plant: Mainly used for vacuum oiling process of high-voltage transformers, amorphous core transformers, instrument transformers, bushings, capacitors and other electrical appliances.

The features for amorphous core transformer:

1. The assembled amorphous core transformer can be carried in or out of the vacuum tank by an electric trolley. The residual gas between the insulation material and core can be removed by vacuum pumping.

2. Equipped with oil storage buffer tank, the working temperature is up to 60℃, and the working pressure is the same as that of the vacuum tank.

3. Filling oil for a transformer individually and for multiple transformers at the same time are available. Each transformer can be under the dual control of oil filling amount and oil filling level. The oil filling valve is automatically closed when the oil volume is reached.

4. The vacuum system can be automatically controlled with an oil spill protection function.

The features for transformers, instrument transformers, bushings, capacitors, and other electrical appliances

1. The vacuum tank and the sealed shell of high-voltage electrical appliance are both available for vacuum degassing, The vacuum degree, pumping time and temperature can be regulated automatically.

2. The qualified transformer oil filtered and heated in the oil treatment equipment can be filled into the high-voltage electrical appliances through the pipelines. During the process, the oil level control and the flow control are both available for automatically closing oil filling valve.

3. If needed, pressure impregnation process is available after oil filling. The pressure can be regulated by the technical data of the process, and the max. pressure is automatically controlled.

4. The oil filling electrical appliances are heated by the heating furnace, and the temperature is automatically controlled.
