Application of Vapor phase drying plant: It's widely used as a necessary condition for 110KV-1000KV transformer production in the industry. For the vacuum drying of high-voltage electrical appliances such as 35KV-1000KV transformers and bushings, vapor phase drying plant is a new option that has unique advantages.

Features:

1. Kerosene vapor is used as the heating medium. When heating the product, the kerosene vapor releases the heat of gasification. The product heats up quickly, and all parts heat up synchronously and evenly. The heating speed can be boosted up especially for the large transformers.

2. Compared with vacuum drying, a higher drying temperature of VPD can significantly speed up the escape rate of water and reduce the residual moisture content, which is significant for high-voltage products and aluminum foil capacitor high-voltage electrical appliances with complex structures.

3. For drying the repaired products, the cleaning effect of kerosene will make the repaired products look new and easier to carry out further work.

4. The distillation of kerosene is available. After processing the repaired product, the solvent will be mixed with transformer oil. After separating from transformer oil by the  distillation process, the kerosene will be brand new as heating medium.

5. Equipped with fully automatic control and man-machine interface, the control software designed with years of experience in real projects make the vapor phase drying process highly efficient, energy-saving, intelligent and convenient.
