There are two ways to solve this situation: one is to increase the ambient temperature, such as installing heating devices. However, the installation of heating system is difficult and expensive, which will also bring some inconvenience to production. The other is to directly heat all pipelines and corresponding valves. Wrap the electric heating wire on the pipe according to the use requirements, and choose whether to add insulation layer according to the selected power. If the power is large, it can not be added. If the power is small, it must be added with thermal insulation layer. Each pipe is equipped with a control switch, which can only be heated when necessary.
Calibration and periodic inspection
Regularly check the electronic scale or flowmeter for calibration. The accuracy of the scale directly affects whether the proportioning is accurate. The proportion of each component of epoxy resin must be strictly controlled, otherwise it will affect its curing reaction time, reaction efficiency and the mechanical and electrical properties of the cured product.

At > 60 ℃, the viscosity is very small, which is conducive to pouring. If the temperature decreases, the viscosity will increase quickly and the flow is difficult. Sometimes, even if the surface temperature of the mold meets the requirements, but the temperature of the internal copper foil and insulating material or copper wire and insulating material does not meet the requirements, when pouring, after the mixture contacts the internal winding, the temperature of the contact surface will drop rapidly, the viscosity of the material will increase, and the cavity will be blocked, so that the following materials cannot enter the mold, which will also cause material shortage.
