For example, the pointer of the vacuum gauge drops very slowly. In most cases, the pumping ability of the vacuum unit is not enough. At this time, we can focus on finding the problem of the vacuum pump and valve to see where there is leakage, or the diffusion pump oil is polluted and oxidized; Or the front stage pipeline is not well sealed and the pump oil is lack; Or the pump has oil emulsification, shaft seal oil leakage, valve plate damage and other problems.

The replacement of vacuum pump oil does not mean simply discharging the vacuum pump oil and then injecting new pump oil. When changing the pump oil, the vacuum oil filling equipment also needs to pay attention to the cleaning of residual impurities inside the pump.

After the vacuum pump is used for 3 ~ 4 months, the vacuum pump shall be changed continuously. When used in the environment with high humidity, this refers to the humidity in the pumped container. For example, under the condition of high external humidity, the extraction is resumed after frequent exposure to the atmosphere. At this time, it is said that the humidity is relatively high.

If the external humidity is relatively large, the mechanical pump continues to pump a device that continues to adhere to vacuum, then the pump oil does not need to be changed for a long time. Therefore, under the condition of high humidity, the oil change period should be shortened as appropriate. The replaced oil can be reused after cleaning and dehumidification.
