1. Low heating efficiency of vacuum tank

In kerosene gas phase drying equipment, the heating system is mainly divided into two parts: one is the heating system of evaporator; The second is the heating and insulation system of vacuum tank. The heating system of the evaporator is directly heated, and the heat energy can be transferred efficiently with high thermal efficiency; The heating and insulation system of vacuum tank is indirect heating, with low heat transfer, more loss and low thermal efficiency. This is mainly because in the conventional design, the vacuum tank is not directly connected with the heating exhaust pipe outside the tank wall, and there is a certain gap in the middle. The heating exhaust pipe arranged outside the tank wall "indirectly" heats the tank wall through air convection and heat radiation of the exhaust pipe itself.

2. Deficiency of pump in vacuum system

Kerosene gas-phase drying equipment manufacturers often use imported or domestic rotary vane pumps as the front stage pumps of kerosene gas-phase drying equipment. This kind of pump can discharge most of the kerosene and water condensed in the pump cavity out of the pump, but it is not complete, and there is still a small amount of residue in the pump cavity. The water and kerosene remaining in the pump chamber will be mixed with the pump oil, emulsifying or diluting the pump oil, resulting in the decrease of the vacuum degree of the pump and the pump efficiency. With the increasing accumulation of water and kerosene, the pump efficiency becomes lower and lower, and the pump needs to be stopped for treatment. In order to thoroughly clean the water and kerosene in the pump, it is necessary to go through long-term air ballast treatment or completely replace the pump oil to restore the efficiency of the pump. At the same time, in the process of treatment, because most of the discharged water enters the atmosphere directly through the smoke exhaust duct, it is impossible to measure it, resulting in the loss of original data.

3. Insufficient lubrication of working flat car

The working environment of kerosene gas-phase drying equipment is poor. The flat car works in the environment of high temperature, vacuum and kerosene steam. Under such special working conditions, it is impossible to maintain and lubricate the bearings of the working flat car regularly, and each equipment manufacturer rarely considers the lubrication of the bearings of the flat car when designing the flat car. When operating in such an environment, the bearings of the working flat car often fail due to lubrication problems, resulting in the smooth operation or even failure of the working flat car, which brings a lot of changes to the users of the equipment. It will not only stop the drying process, but also have an adverse impact on the transformer equipment.
