The multi-functional and high-efficiency oil filter series of vacuum oil injection equipment is mainly used for the purification and regeneration of turbine oil, transformer oil, insulating refrigeration oil and mechanical oil below No. 30 in power plants, power stations and industrial and mining enterprises. Make the oil meet the operation standard.

It is mainly used to treat unqualified turbine oil, especially for severely emulsified turbine oil. It can quickly and efficiently remove water, gas and impurities in the oil. Make all quality indexes of oil meet the new oil standard and ensure the safe operation of steam turbine unit. The multi-functional vacuum oil filter takes special polymer materials as the medium and integrates demulsification, dehydration and impurity removal. Combined with vacuum separation technology, it can demulsify, dehydrate, remove acid and impurities online, making the turbine oil seriously turbid and emulsified clear and transparent. It is an ideal equipment for on-line processing of turbine oil, low viscosity lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.

The drying of vacuum furnace is divided into three stages:

1. The moisture discharge period is O ~ 200 ℃, which is the discharge period of moisture in the vacuum furnace insulation layer and moisture in the vacuum furnace body. The vacuum degree of the vacuum furnace must be checked and the insulation time is long.

2. The temperature zone with a large amount of exhaust gas from the vacuum furnace is generally about 500 ℃. Due to the large amount of exhaust gas from the vacuum furnace, the temperature rise at this time shall not exceed 50 ℃ / h. The heat preservation time is generally more than 60 minutes.

3. The heat preservation period is about 1200 ℃, and the heat preservation shall be carried out for a period of time every 100 ~ 200 ℃ rise in heating. If the temperature rises too fast, it is easy to damage the insulation layer and the exhaust gas of the vacuum furnace is incomplete.

A common use of steel alloy heat treatment vacuum furnace. Many heat treatment applications involve steel parts that make them tough through service quenching and tempering. Hardening involves heating the steel to a predetermined temperature and then rapidly cooling.

Ideal for vacuum furnace brazing applications. Brazing is another heat treatment process used to connect metal parts with two or more bases by filling the space between them with metal to melt a thin layer.
