No matter what type of vacuum oil filling equipment is, if there is no regular maintenance, its service life will not be long, or even accelerate. Therefore, doing a good job in the maintenance of vacuum furnace is not only the place that manufacturers need to pay attention to, but also the place that must be done well.

As a manufacturer of vacuum sintering furnace, I tell you how to maintain vacuum oil filling equipment and vacuum sintering furnace

1. Regularly check whether the bearing cooling sleeve and water cooling pipeline system of the mixing fan are normal, and adjust the clearance of each part. The drive belt will be elongated due to high temperature creep due to the tension adjustment of the adjusting bolt, so it needs to be checked once a month. If serious slip is found, it needs to be replaced immediately.

2. The surface of the equipment shall be wiped frequently to keep it clean. The electrical connectors of the electrical system should also be kept clean and fastened. Before each furnace startup, check whether each connector is fastened. When disassembling the furnace body and system parts, be sure to wash them with alcohol or acetone first, apply grease after they are dry, and then install them.

3. If quartz tube is used in the furnace of the furnace, when the temperature is higher than 1000 ℃, opacity may occur in the high-temperature part of the quartz tube. This phenomenon is called impermeability. It is a defect of continuous melting quartz tube and belongs to normal phenomenon.

4. When using the cold furnace, because the furnace is cold, it will need to absorb a lot of heat. In this way, the heating rate in the low-temperature section cannot be fast, and the heating rate in each temperature section cannot vary too much. Therefore, when setting the heating rate, the physical and chemical properties of sintering materials should be taken into account to avoid spraying, which will pollute the furnace tube.

5. In the process of heating, if the vacuum degree in the furnace is lower than 27pa, stop heating and temperature rise immediately. This is very important in the maintenance of vacuum sintering furnace. In order to prevent moisture and dirt from entering the furnace, all workpieces and baskets must be cleaned and dried before entering the furnace.

High degree of automation: the high degree of automation of vacuum heat treatment furnace is due to the fact that the heating and cooling of metal workpieces need more than ten or even dozens of actions to complete. These actions are carried out in the vacuum heat treatment furnace, which is inaccessible to the operator. At the same time, some actions, such as after heating and insulation, the quenching process of metal workpiece must be completed in six actions and within 15 seconds. To complete many actions under such rapid conditions is easy to cause the operator's tension and constitute misoperation. Therefore, only a high degree of motivation can be accurately and timely transferred according to the procedures.
