The vacuum furnace of vacuum oil filling equipment should be maintained in time during daily use. If the product quality of vacuum furnace is not very good or there is no timely maintenance, there may be some small problems. Here are some troubleshooting methods of vacuum furnace.

In case of sudden failure of the equipment during operation, first observe whether there is fault prompt or alarm sound on the instrument panel. Firstly, it should confirm which part of the instrument panel has failed, and then screen for a certain part, or quickly eliminate the fault through professionals.

If the standard cannot be reached in the low-temperature experiment, it depends on the decreasing speed of the same temperature. If the temperature drops slowly, check whether there is no drying treatment in the working room. The studio needs to dry and place too many test objects before the experiment, so that the air inside cannot be circulated; If not, check the equipment in the refrigeration system, and the refrigeration equipment needs to be checked by professionals.

If the temperature cannot reach the standard in the high-temperature experiment, the electrical system needs to be checked and the troubleshooting method is used to determine the fault problem. If the speed of temperature rise is slow, you need to check whether the regulating plate in the circulating system is closed to affect the circulation, or check whether the fan system operates normally. If the temperature is too high, the machine will trigger over temperature protection. It is necessary to check that there is a problem with the control instrument. If there is a problem, replace it directly.

What is the overflow phenomenon of vacuum brazing furnace of vacuum oiling equipment? How is it formed and how to solve it?

The fixture shall have certain elasticity and rigidity at the brazing temperature, so that there is an appropriate gap at the weld joint to form capillary phenomenon and absorb the molten solder. If the tooling is not tightly clamped and the gap of the brazing component is too large, the solder cannot be maintained, resulting in overflow defects. The rigidity of tooling is low. After heating, the thermal deformation and gravity cause the joint gap of brazing components to increase, which can not form the capillary phenomenon of solder, and also lead to the overflow of solder.

At the same time, the heating rate of the liquid filler metal is large, and the heat transfer time of the brazing filler metal and the solid filler metal is further improved.
